Honda Spocket conceptFirst presented in Tokyo autoshow 1999, later at NAIAS 2000, it is made by Honda R & D Americas, Inc., in Torrance. The front wheels are driven by a gasoline engine, and the rear ones - by electric motors. Lambo-style doors (LSD), nice sporty front and convertible bac makes it a good looking and innovative pocket-rocket concept. Design and construction of the Spocket took eight months to complete, and  was inspired by Honda's T360 mid-engine pickup truck, produced in 1963. People are leaving town on the spur of the moment for the beach, the mountains, or just simply to get away. In the future, they'll be escaping with the help of a multi-purpose vehicle like the Honda Spocket, which delivers not only sporty performance but also satisfying utility, Honda believes.
